When you see a chip or product you would like to purchase - just click on the
"Add to Your Shopping Cart" Button
Anytime while shopping you can click on the "View Your Shopping Cart"
Button to see the items you have in your shopping cart.
Once you are done shopping - you can click on the "Go to Checkout Now"
Button.
Here you will see your items on order, along with the total.
You will have the option to pay by Credit Card, Paypal, Personal Check, and Money
Order.
We Accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Personal Checks, & Money Orders.

You can always E-Mail us your order. Once we receive your e-mail, we will confirm

USA
SHIPPING & HANDLING OPTIONS:
We use a few different shipping methods when shipping packages
to the USA. These Shipping times are approximate - some may take
sooner or longer depending on the their volume.

USA Standard Shipping & Handling, which can take 5-7 Business Days.
This is shipped by First Class Mail, or for large packages,
UPS, or Parcel Post Mail. This is our least expensive option and best for when
your order is not time sensitive. Orders over $100 will need to be signed for.
2)
USA Premium Service & Handling - FASTEST 3-4 Business Days.
This
is shipped by USPS Priority Mail. This is our fastest option and best for when
you need your package very quickly. All orders using this service are usually
packed and mailed within 24 hours or less!* Orders
over $100 will need to be signed for.
These packages take precedence over our standard shipping packages.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
International Shipping is used for all orders being shipped
outside of the USA.
Your package is shipped by Air Mail. Usual delivery time
is 7-10 days.

Our
Return Policy is valid 30 Days from the date your order is received.
As you may know, we sell only NEW Poker Chips and Gaming items.
If the merchandise you would like to send back has been used - it can not be
returned.
We Sell only new items, and can not re-sale used items.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned UNUSED merchandise. Shipping
charges will not be refunded. Items must be in the same UNUSED condition as
when we mailed them to you.
You must notify us first on returns. We issue returns an ovc number. We will
not accept packages without the ovc number. To ensure a safe arrival - all returns
must have a tracking number, or signature confirmation.
Orders over $100 will need to be signed for.
As
business owners, we do have the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
